Plywood

Using 100% core veneers of uniform thickness, our plywood is engineered to deliver exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and consistent performance across every sheet. The use of carefully selected veneers ensures a uniform internal structure, minimizing gaps and enhancing overall load-bearing capacity. Manufactured under stringent quality controls, each panel is designed to provide superior structural integrity, making it suitable for a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

To ensure long-term durability, every sheet undergoes a comprehensive chemical treatment process that protects it against termites, borers, fungi, and other harmful microorganisms. This advanced treatment enhances the plywood's resistance to biological degradation, helping maintain its strength, appearance, and reliability even in demanding environmental conditions. The result is a product that offers lasting performance and peace of mind throughout its service life.

Depending on the intended application and performance requirements, specialized resin systems are used to bond the veneers:

  • MR Grade (Moisture Resistant): Manufactured using premium Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) resin, MR Grade plywood is designed to withstand everyday exposure to humidity and moisture. It is an ideal choice for interior furniture, partitions, paneling, and other applications where moderate moisture resistance is required.

  • BWR Grade (Boiling Water Resistant): Bonded with high-performance Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resin, BWR Grade plywood offers enhanced resistance to water and moisture. It is well-suited for kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas exposed to intermittent wet conditions, ensuring greater durability and reliability over time.

  • BWP Grade (Boiling Water Proof): Crafted using superior-grade Phenol Formaldehyde resin and specially treated hardwood veneers, BWP Grade plywood provides the highest level of water resistance and bond strength. Engineered to withstand prolonged exposure to water and extreme environmental conditions, it is the preferred choice for premium furniture, high-moisture environments, and applications demanding exceptional durability and performance.
